In our experience there are two basic approaches individuals and organizations take in terms of their social media. The first is to train and/or hire an in house person to manage Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other accounts. This person often writes blogs designed to get the word out and improve the firm’s presence on search engines (e.g. Google). The second approach is, not to put too fine a point on it: farm it out. It is this latter approach that involves a company like Local Reach.
One of the things Local Reach devotes time and attention to before entering into such an agreement with a company (e.g. an IT services company) or individual (e.g. a realtor) is whether or not it is a good fit. The crucial question is whether or not a company understands what it is paying for.
